Mr. Santosh Giri is currently undertaking a PhD on Child Mental Health at Rural Health Research Institute under the supervision of Dr Subash Thapa, with co-supervisors Dr Rachel Kornhaber (Charles Sturt University) and Dr Nancy Ross (Dalhousie University). With a background in public health and a deep commitment to improving mental health outcomes, his research focuses on the intersection of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), mental health and resilience, particularly among young adults across Australia and Nepal. With over a decade of experience in public health and social research, Santosh has been involved in various international projects aimed at promoting health equity and addressing the social determinants of health.
